PDF's

The PDF (Adobe Portable Document Format) is becoming more popular.
It preserves all the fonts formatting, graphics, and colors independent of the 
native software that prepared it. However, PDF's embed data that can't be changed
and therefore limit last minute corrections.

For best results:

1. All printing PDF's should be X!A compliant
(use press quality setting and click the standard menu and set the X compliance)

2. Images must be high-resolution 

3. Include all bleeds and crop marks

4. Embed the fonts

5. Make sure they are CMYK not RGB
